We aim to deliver you fresh and delicious coffee. We do not refund if you change of mind or if the coffee has been opened. If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us (phil@apoyoroaster.com) before returning the item. Refunds will be processed via the same method as the customer’s original payment (PayPal/Visa/MasterCard Discover etc.).
All orders are shipped within 2-3 days after the order has been received. Everything is shipped from Zip code 65650. We generally do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or on major holidays. We will use the shipping address information you provide with your order so please make sure it is correct. We can't be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses and the customer may be responsible for any additional fees incurred to get your package to the correct address.
Shipping times are not guaranteed. All of our shipping is via UPS or USPS.Every bag of coffee is hand stamped and filled with freshly roasted coffee, heat sealed and packaged for shipping or prepared for pick up or delivery.
We provide freshly roasted coffee to all customers.
We are located in Flemington, MO and ship or deliver from this location. All packages are prepared for shipment within 1 or 2 days of receiving the order.
