Guatemalan Rio Ocho Huehuetenango
This popular coffee comes from Rio Ocho, Huehuetenango, Guatemala
Apoyo roasts this coffee, light, medium or dark to pull out all of the flavors of dark chocolate, orange and a slight nuttiness.

Preparation: Fully washed. Sun dried on concrete patios and black nylon.

Colombian Fair Trade Organic Cauca
Another high mountain coffee with lower acidity and fully organic and fair trade. Apoyo roasts it light, medium or dark to bring out these flavors: Dark chocolate fudge, candied almond, hibiscus flower, caramel.

This FTO coffee is grown in a cooperative that trains and empowers individual farmers. Like most other coffees that are ethically sourced, they are washed and sun dried.

Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Organic
This organic coffee is fully washed and sun dried .
Ethiopian coffee is a sweet contrast to the chocolaty flavors of Central America. Apoyo roasts this coffee from light to medium in order to allow for all of the subtle flavors, providing a clean sweet cup.

Preparation: The coffee is handpicked, washed, fermented for up to 48 hours and dried in the sun 12 to 15 days.

Nicaraguan Marsellesa San Pedro
This direct trade coffee is a sweet, delicate, cup with hints of citrus and flavors of honey, green apple, and peanut butter.
It is fully washed and dried in the sun on concrete patios.
As 4th and 5th generation coffee producers, Ariel Teran and his children do their work with passion and pride. For them, coffee production is both a way of life and a path to preserve the environment while giving back to their community.

Organic Mexican Altura MWP Decaf
Medium roasts provide a smooth cup that has a sweet edge, but also, it’s nutty, with a touch of chocolate.
Dark Roasts are full bodied and rich. You might taste some smokiness the darker the roast but it retains its smooth and rich character. This Decaf has lower acidity which brings out the semi sweet bakers chocolate.
